Makenzi

Makenzi Rae is an actor, singer, dancer, filmmaker, astrophysicist, and engineer.
​
Born and raised in NY, Makenzi grew up on the stage. From Broadway and Radio City to the screen, she has a wide range of experience in the performing arts.
At the age of nine, Makenzi made her Broadway debut in Billy Elliot the Musical at the Imperial Theater as Keeley Gibson. Outside of Broadway, Makenzi has been in shows such as Legally Blonde (Elle), Rent (Maureen), and Alice in Wonderland (Alice).
She was a competitive dancer for eight years, training in over seven styles. She continued her dance career in college, where she performed and choreographed as a member of the Wellesley College Dancers and Babson Dance Ensemble.

She has received vocal training from acclaimed coaches such as Justin Reamy, Badiene Magaziner, and Trapper Felides.

Makenzi has a B.A. in Astrophysics from Wellesley College and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Olin College. She soon aims to pursue a PhD. For more information on her academic/STEM accomplishments, click here or the link in the sidebar.
